Government Advice

The Government announced that ALL schools in England are closed from Friday 20th March 2020 to all pupils except to vulnerable pupils (those with a social worker or an EHCP) or the children of key workers (A list of jobs is above).

Your child should stay at home and the specific isolation regulations will apply if you or anyone in your household develops the symptoms, which the Prime Minister announced on 16th March 2020.

That is, ANYONE in your household that has either:

  • a high temperature - you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
  • a new continuous cough - this means you've started coughing repeatedly

then the WHOLE household should stay at home and self-isolate for 14 days.

They MUST NOT attend the Key Worker school. This will help to protect others in our community while they may be infectious.

Please see the link below for further advice:

We will continue to update our website with further information as soon as we have it. Please check back regularly.
