How would your family describe you? Draw a picture of yourself and ask all of your family members to give you words that describe you. Write them down around your picture.

Mindfulness Activity 2

Practise breathing ‘rainbow breaths’. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, arms gently resting by your sides. Slowly raise your arms and take a deep breath in. Try to breathe in until your hands reach each other over your head. Breathe out slowly while lowering your hands. Visualise the beautiful rainbow you are making. Repeat a few times and each time imagine you are adding a new colour.

Mindfulness Activity 3

Think about something you succeeded at today. Write or draw about it. How did it make you feel to succeed?
